1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing worshipinaction.org (the “Site”) or interacting with our services, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nonprofit Mission

WIA provides faith-based content and opportunities to support our mission: shining light on those in darkness through the tangible hands and feet of Christ.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;

• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; or

• Attempt unauthorized access to WIA’s systems or data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on worshipinaction.org—including text, graphics, logos, photos, audio, video, and downloadable files—is the exclusive property of Worship In Action (“WIA”) or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may access the Site solely for personal viewing. You may not copy, reproduce, download, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site’s content without WIA’s prior written permission. “WORSHIP IN ACTION,” our logo, and related marks are trademarks of WIA. Use of any WIA trademark, service mark, or trade dress without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Donations & Refund Policy

• Donations are processed through Kindful/Bloomerang and Authorize.net on secure, PCI-compliant servers.

• Because gifts are applied quickly to ministry work, refunds are granted at WIA’s discretion if requested in writing within 30 days of the donation date. Email info@worshipinaction.org with your transaction details.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to external websites we do not control. WIA is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WIA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee and U.S. law, WIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WIA, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

11. Termination

WIA may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
