Worship In Action (“WIA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Tennessee. Worship In Action exists to shine light on those in darkness by being the tangible hands and feet of Christ. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you interact with worshipinaction.org (the “Site”) or our offline ministries.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following: legitimate interest, consent, contract performance, and legal obligation.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

The Site uses essential and limited analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then be unavailable.
7. Data Retention
Donation records are retained for at least seven (7) years as required by U.S. tax law. Other data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
8. Security
We employ industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS, secure data-center hosting, and role-based staff access. No system is 100% secure, so please use strong, unique passwords on other sites.
9. International Transfers
If you reside outside the United States, your data may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Email info@worshipinaction.org to exercise these rights.
11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
